Need help to Install Magento 2 on Xampp in Windows7

I am running a windows 7 system. I downloaded composer and Magento2. I am installing Magento2 in my PC using Xampp. But i am unable to install and getting error.

1 : Readiness Check Error Getting “File Permission Check Server Failed to respond. Please try again”. I searched lot but not able to find the solution. After long search, I found https://github.com/magento/magento2/issues/1891, but not fixed the issue. If any one knows about this issue, Please reply back.
